Polymer Sealant Concentrate — Durable Gloss & Hydrophobic Protection
Polymer Sealant Concentrate is a highly concentrated, water-dilutable sealant based on reactive polymers. It delivers a durable, glossy finish and strong water repellency on paint, glass, plastics and trims. Use it neat-diluted as a spray sealant, at mid-range as a rinse-on beading booster, or at very high dilutions as a fast quick-rinse wax via pump sprayer or foam lance.

Application Guidelines
- Prepare — Wash thoroughly. Rinse off residues. For best results, work on cool panels out of direct sun.

Dilute — Select one of the following methods:
- Spray sealant (maximum durability): 1:20 to 1:50 (product:water)
- Rinse sealant (durable beading): 1:100 to 1:200
- Quick-rinse wax (maintenance): 1:500 to 1:1000
- Apply — Mist evenly by trigger, pump sprayer or foam lance. Work one panel at a time.
- Rinse / Activate — Rinse thoroughly, especially at higher strengths. Do not allow product to dry before rinsing.
- Dry — Sheet water, then finish with a clean microfibre drying towel or air blower.
Packaging & Storage
Available in 5 L, 25 L, 200 L and 1 000 L IBC formats (private-label retail sizes on request).
Store sealed at 5–25 °C out of direct sunlight. Keep from freezing. Shelf life: 18 months from manufacture.
Safety & Regulatory
Use appropriate PPE when handling concentrates (gloves/eye protection). Avoid breathing spray mists. Do not allow to dry on surfaces before rinsing. Refer to the current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full information on hazards, first-aid, spillage and disposal. Dispose of rinse water in accordance with local regulations.
