Can I place bulk orders online? Ordering
Yes — most 5L, 25L, 200L and 1000L IBC options can be purchased online. For bespoke blends or palletised multi‑SKU orders, contact us for a quote.
Do you offer trade pricing? Bulk & Trade
Trade pricing is available for registered businesses and volume commitments. Share your company details and estimated monthly usage via the Book a Consultation page.
Which couriers do you use? Shipping
We ship with Royal Mail (Tracked), APC Overnight (next‑day courier) and Amazon Shipping. Service is selected automatically based on weight, size and destination. See our Shipping & Delivery page for weight bands and prices.
When will my order ship? Shipping
Most in‑stock orders dispatch within 1–2 working days. Pallet and large orders may require booking; our team will confirm your dispatch date and tracking.
I didn’t receive tracking. What should I do? Shipping
Please check spam/junk first. If it’s not there, message us with your order number via the Contact page and we’ll resend your tracking link.
Can you supply MSDS and COSHH documentation? Technical & Safety
Yes. All products are supplied with MSDS and COSHH summaries. Private label clients receive documentation matched to their SKU codes and labels.
Do colours change over time? Technical
Some dyes and fragrances can shift slightly with UV exposure, high temperature, or long storage. Store products sealed, away from direct sunlight, and between 5–25°C. If colour change is critical, ask us about colour‑stable systems and UV‑resistant packaging.
What’s the shelf life and how should I store products? Technical
Typical shelf life is 12–24 months from manufacture (check your batch code). Store upright, sealed, and within 5–25°C. Avoid freezing or prolonged heat.
Do you help with label compliance? Private Label
Absolutely. We provide ingredient declarations, warnings, and usage guidance so your artwork meets UK/EU requirements. We can review proofs before print.
Can you create bespoke formulas? Private Label
Yes — from fragrance tweaks to full new product development. We’ll scope performance, budget, packaging and lead times during a consultation.
What if my order arrives damaged or leaking? Returns
Take photos of the parcel, inner packaging and affected items and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange replacements or a refund as appropriate.
Can I return products? Returns
Unopened, unused items can usually be returned within 14 days of receipt (excludes bespoke/batch‑made items). Contact support with your order number to start a return.
Which payment methods do you accept? Ordering
We accept major cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout. Trade customers can request pro‑forma invoices for pallet or bespoke orders.
Do you offer Click & Collect? Operations
Yes — by arrangement from our Stockport site. Please contact us before ordering so we can prepare your goods and confirm a collection time.
