We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted carriers — Royal Mail, APC Overnight, and Amazon Shipping. Rates are calculated by total order weight at checkout. Most in‑stock orders dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Our Carriers
Royal Mail — ideal for lighter parcels with Tracked services (24/48).
APC Overnight — next‑day courier for heavier and multi‑parcel shipments.
Amazon Shipping — premium network with weekend options in many areas.
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed Mon–Fri are processed in the order they’re received.
- Lead times may extend during peak periods or for large/pallet orders.
- You’ll receive a tracking email/SMS when your parcel is collected.
Delivery Targets
- Standard services: typically 2–3 working days from dispatch.
- Express/APC: typically next working day from dispatch.
- Remote areas (e.g., Highlands, Islands) can take longer.

Tracking & Updates
Tracking links are sent automatically after dispatch. If you haven’t received yours, check spam or contact us with your order number.
Missed / Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will leave a card or email with re‑delivery/collection options. Parcels unclaimed may be returned to us after the holding period.
Damages & Shortages
Please report any damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can put this right quickly.
Split Shipments
To get orders to you faster, items may ship in multiple parcels or from different warehouse locations. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
