Hybrid SiO₂ Spray Sealant — Long-Life Hydrophobic Protection in One Coat
Our Hybrid SiO₂ Spray Sealant deposits a dense, silica-enriched layer that bonds chemically to paintwork, plastics and glass. The result is intense gloss, slickness and water-shedding that withstands detergents, road salt and UV exposure for up to six months—all delivered in a simple spray-on, wipe-off process.

Application Guidelines
- Prepare — Wash and dry the vehicle. Decontaminate if necessary.
- Spray 1–2 mists per panel or directly onto a microfibre applicator.
- Spread evenly; allow a light haze (≈ 30 seconds).
- Buff with a second clean microfibre to a high-gloss finish.
- Cure — Keep surfaces dry for 2 hours; full performance develops after 12 hours.
Packaging & Storage
Supplied in 1 L trigger, 5 L, 25 L, 200 L and 1 000 L IBC containers.
Store sealed at 5–30 °C out of direct sunlight. Shelf life: 24 months from manufacture date.
Safety & Regulatory
Classified under UK-CLP as Skin Irritant 2 (H315) and Eye Irritant 2 (H319).
Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection during use. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. If eye contact occurs, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes; seek medical advice if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children.
